Extremely disappointed in Chris Bryan - filed a claim weeks ago after a toilet backed up and damaged my 1st floor and basement ceiling. I can't even get in contact with Chris or anyone at state farm and no one is telling me why my claim is not being updated. Highly recommend going somewhere else for your insurance needs- really hurts having such poor service when your home is damaged.
