flew up to Auckland january 2020 to view an Audi 7 and paid a deposit of $1000 but the car was not suitable. have tried but have been unable to receive the deposit back sept 2022

The actual service at the time of sale was as you would expect of a person in business for 30 years. The after sales service reminds me of the reputation that 1980's sales staff had.
