Theresa is amazing. Always helpful and kind. Very professional.
Staff wouldn't even get off their chairs to greet us, and we're both disabled. The quote on the car was wrong. They were never very friendly and came across quite rude when we transferred to another agent. I'm a new client and never even met him. I was literally told I could have met the agent if I had asked to. As a corporate professional, most of my adult life,that doesn't sit well with me. I wouldn't recommend this agency to my worst enemy.
Terrible insurance company. Received cancellation notice on my house claiming it's NOT owner occupied. Complete LIE. And they couldn't even be bothered to phone me. WTH. Most unprofessional insurance co I've ever dealt with in my 69 years of life. Was told by phone receptionist to not call back. Really terrible service here. They should have their license revoked for this. Lawsuit forthcoming.
