I really recommend hypnosis as a way to tackle an existing issue that you are struggling with. I had an addiction to pop and slurpee's and I met with Chris. He puts you at ease. He doesn't put you in a trance, you are awake the whole time. I saw him for three sessions and got a customized recording that I listen to as well. I had never been hypnotized before this but was desperate for a solution to my bad snoozing habit. No matter what I tried I could not get up on time in the morning. Regardless if I had enough sleep, put the alarm on the other side of the room, or set multiple alarms I would continually sleep past my alarm or turn it off while sleeping.
