I went for three hypnotherapy sessions for extreme mottephobia (fear of moths). I just literally saw a moth in my house, I was able to not only go up to it with no fear, I was able to catch it in a jar and set it free!!! I would have never been able to be in the same room as a moth before. I am finally cured and so happy.

I really recommend hypnosis as a way to tackle an existing issue that you are struggling with. I had an addiction to pop and slurpee's and I met with Chris. He puts you at ease. He doesn't put you in a trance, you are awake the whole time. I saw him for three sessions and got a customized recording that I listen to as well. The biggest change I saw is that hypnosis stopped the internal dialogue that I would have with myself where I would debate having a pop/Slurpee. I am no longer at war with myself.
