My partner is handicapped and the barbershop is upstairs. We didn’t know that they were upstairs, so we called to see if there was an elevator, otherwise we would have to cancel. There is no elevator, but instead of turning us away, they brought down a chair down and gave him the best cut of his life downstairs in the beautiful weather! Talk about going above and beyond for customers! We can’t say enough great things about this place!
Amazing barber and person! You will never leave here unhappy. Our son got a terrible haircut from another barbershop; Chris was willing to stay after hours to fix it and wouldn't even charge us.
Waited an hour to be seated, no biggie they were short staffed. Was told I would get seated to Julio per my booking after being there for 40 minutes but was disregarded so his regular could get in and out. Again, fine you can tell its been a long day here. Wasn't pleased with the haircut in general but was ok letting it be as it will grow back. I got home and cleaned up and the back side of my head is a mess.
