So unbelievably rude, I’ve contacted him twice. TWICE. Our conversations were maybe 2 minutes total at most. The first time was with my insurance to request release of the car to them and he suggested I bring the key down there with a decent amount of attitude. After speaking with my agent since I have no car and no way to do after hours key drop off my agent told me to go ahead and have the car released and they’ll have me overnight the keys to them directly instead.
