Replaced a water pump then after driving 5 hrs and parking car for the night the next day it overheated within minutes. My ho.etowj mechanic said it appeared someone put about a quart of some type of caulk like material in the radiator system as even the tube from coolant reservoir was clogged with this material .where did it come from ? Remove and replace a water pump should have identified this problem ....unless it did not have this caulk like material when brought in .
Don’t bring your vehicle here. Out 900$ and still a broke down car. Takes advantage of people and doesn’t stand behind his work. Place is a joke.
Does not stand behind his work. Car broke down when we left his shop due to hardly any water in engine. A whole lot of money lost. Told me to sue him
Wish you could give negative stars. Kept my 2 cars from end of August to November and both cars broke down less than 10 miles from his shop. He tells me sue me when I wanted my money back. He refuses to give me any receipts for anything he so called purchased.
We brought car same day we called.We needed a new alternator. Picked up the next day and he charged us exactly what he quoted us. Straight forward and honest. I saw a lot of reviews on here about his customer service. I needed a mechanic not a buddy. Guy was nice, professional just not a big talker. Will definitely refer to others.
