Everyone was very helpful and honest throughout the entire process. I worked with Brian Francis, and he made the experience simple and stress-free from start to finish. He took the time to answer my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with each step. We are so happy and excited about our new Bronco.
Service was excellent as always. It’s a strange dichotomy how the sales side can be so frustrating yet service always knocks it out of the park. Auffenberg is a great example of why the term “orphan car” exists. That’s when people buy new elsewhere and bring the car to their local dealer for service. Anyway, thanks for the prompt and courteous service as always.
