They reply to your calls or text and answer all questions you may have which made the case seem smooth and easy on my end. Overall, had a great experience with Chris and Frank Accident Attorney's. They secured the best outcome for our family. It did take a bit longer than expected due to a variety of factors. However, I appreciated some of the transparency and they making up for it towards the end of the case.
