I spoke with Justin late one afternoon and he scheduled me for first thing in the am. He is personable, knowledgeable, and quick!
Our water heater died. Called JM Plumbing at 11am. Steven gave me a reasonable quote. We agreed to terms. Justin was at our house to install our new system at 6 pm. Job was done before 8:30pm. All of this on a SUNDAY. Very impressed! Thank you, Justin McKenney Plumbing.
I contacted McKinney Plumbing at 3pm because my water heater was leaking. They arrived by 5pm. The following morning I received a proposal for the delivery and installation of a new water heater and removal of the old one. The new unit was installed by dinnertime. McKinney Plumbing is a fine company delivering expert, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly service.
Exceptional service from friendly, professional and highly capable staff. Justin was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, thorough, and fair. They are the only plumbers I will call in the future. Will recommend to all my friends. Thank you!!!!
I had an Emergency because the connection on the line to my toilet broke and was leaking. It didn't have a shut off valve on it, so we had to shut the water off to the house until it was replaced with a better line that included a shut off valve on it. I was given the correct quote over the phone, so no surprise expenses when he got here.
