Had some water coming out of the overflow/pressure line of the water heater so I called up Justin McKenney plumbing to get ahead of the issue. They not only answered right away, but came out same day to look at the tank. After looking at the tank, I was given some great maintenance advice and told that it is not needing repair at this time, but if things keep happening after the maintenance is done, call back. Had outside work on Faucet/hose connection. Work done was fast and solved problem. Price was reasonable with one year warranty if any problem might develope. Thanks Steve
We just replaced our water heater. Justin did an excellent job from start to finish. He was very thorough, efficient, knowledgeable and the completed project shows an excellent quality work. Thank you for the job well done.
Steven was great! I called he came within a hour. Sent photos of his finished work. He has a great attitude. Would definitely recommend using this service.
I called and talked to Stephen McKenney to put new home supply lines in, and a small run of discharge work. He told me his rate per hour and he said he would be there the very next morning. I waited for him and texted him. No show, no response. Won’t answer my calls. It wouldn’t have taken 15 seconds to call and told me you’re not going to show up. That’s common decency. This fortifies my belief that a man is his word. Keep your word.
