If I could rate minus stars I would. They lied about calling to pick me up. Pretty little Preston princess was rude and fails to follow instructions. Cussed at me and talked down to me. I think he should never be trusted with lives.

Well, I really hate to leave a bad review...so I won't! I have had NOTHING but GREAT SERVICE from these folks. They answer the phone! In this day and age, that's getting rarer. They were always on time, always courteous and professional, always drove safely, and they are the best. And every time they take me, I learn new routes; they're very smart about the ways to go to avoid all the crazy construction in Bend. They are Godsend to me. I can't thank them enough for being there.

The driver never showed. I had motivcare contact them while I sitting in my wheelchair waiting. The motivcare agent was given the response was that they were going to pick me up by 5:30 and that wouldn’t works as my surgical checkin time was for 5:45. The drive at a minimum was 25 minutes long. I had to drive myself to an appointment were my lumbar spine was going to be fused. How unprofessional on their part.
