We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with 40 guests at our home. CHRG catering provided the menu for our event. The preparations for the meal were started by Michele, arriving with all the utensils, pots, pans and trays and the food we had selected. Chef Matthew then brought all the ingredients to a finish as he sautéed, stirred and sauced and presented crab cakes, lemon chicken, beef short ribs, Brussel sprouts and grilled vegetables. One of the best catering services we have worked with. Not only was the food great, and highly praised by guests, but they were very flexable and accomidating. When another caterer dropped the ball, CHRG was able to come through in a time crunch, and still provide top quality food and service. We will absolutley be using them agiain!

CHRG did a corporate ribbon cutting for us and we were beyond satisfied. Expansive menu/options, great communication, easy to work with. Punctual delivery and departure from the event and the food is delicious! Will be using them again and highly recommend.
Nothing But The BEST!!! Our experience with CHRG was nothing but perfect from beginning to end for our daughter's wedding. Their professionalism, variety of foods offered, displays, setups and staff are excellent throughout. We had so many compliments from guests on the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff. They stepped up to handle any and everything asked of them before, during and after the event.
