I saw Dr Rodriguez after not knowing what was happening with my body for months. I saw another physician just 3 weeks ago & they said everything was fine, then I saw Dr Rodriguez and he told me what was really wrong. I’m so grateful that I saw him and that he cleared things up for me.
They told me 3 different times that the visit would be covered by my insurance. It was not. Then they put a warrant out of me because I did not pay. I also never received a bill because they did not have the right address. Almost two thousand dollars later and they were not even able to help me. They do not know what they are doing!
I found the entire staff I interacted with to be friendly and patient oriented. The assistant who initially did my intake information was very attentive to my information. As for Dr Wu, I found him to be very attentive to what my issues are. He listened to the information I gave, asked pertaining questions, gave me information for my issue and together we came up with an initial plan. My thanks to Dr Wu and staff
