I have never been treated so horrifically like I was by the person at the front desk and her manager. Absolutely disgusting.

After dealing with lousy Urologists in the past, I found a keeper in Dr Nelson. He is very proactive in kidney stone treatment. He performed an Ureteroscopy with Laser Lithotripsy procedure on both kidneys in order to eliminate the potential of any problematic large stones from making my life a living hell in the future. Highly recommend, he is extremely professional, respectful, communative, and doesn't treat you like an idiot for having kidney stone troubles. A+++
