I have been a patient of this practice for over 20 years, and my recent experiences have been nothing short of horrific. I believe the front office employee’s name is Rebecca, and she has been incredibly rude. Even my 10-year-old daughter noticed her behavior. I have been coming to this practice since 2011. They oversaw all womanly my health needs and through my pregnancy. I was very fond of this office. However, my most recent experience left me feeling anything but cared for. Trying to get care for a relatively minor issue the staff was rude and irritated. I was supposed to receive a call back and there was no follow up. When i followed up today the third person I had spoken to in 2 days was more rude then the first 2. My daughter had a follow up appointment for a complication...we all know procedures are billed once and follow up appointments are included in the reumbursement for the initial procedural (ie the doctor makes no money of follow ups). She drove over two hours thru Friday rush hour traffic making it 15mins late only to be told they wouldn't take her. Absolutely ridiculous! She goes to school full time and they did NOTHING to accomodate her for a COMPLICATION!!
Every appointment I’ve had here, it has taken 30 minutes to an hour past the appointment time to be seen. Whether it’s the first appointment time (8AM) or near to the last (4:15PM) appointment time, it’s the same extended wait time every time. The scheduler needs to calculate longer buffer or appointment times if this is a continuous problem they have.
