This was my first and only interaction with this office, and unfortunately it was very disappointing. My appointment was for an annual physical. I received both text and email confirmations the day before, so I had no reason to think there was any issue. I've liked the doctors I've seen here, but was recently charged an obscene amount for a telehealth visit with a nurse practitioner. I was charged $204 upfront before I could even join the video call. Once I joined the video call, I sat and waited for the NP to join - she was nine minutes late. During the short call, the NP forgot a key detail I'd shared about a diagnosis and asked again. As a RN myself, I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in my lack of care from Taylor. I have spent years trying to find answers for my incredibly hindering — shall I say debilitating — & concerning health symptoms which have only progressed and should not be considered normal for a young woman of my age, OR blamed on BMI.
