This office has gone above and beyond for me. They took me on as a patient with very short notice when it was vital for me due to needing surgery. I have stayed on as a patient of Gregory Holman. He has been an excellent provider. He listens well, explains things thoroughly, and is very compassionate. The office is always very clean. The people who handle phone calls are always very accommodating and extremely polite. I am so glad that I have left DH to be treated here!
please careful while visiting this location if you treat this one is urgent care. this location is not urgent care it will be treated as emergencies and ended paying high bills.
New patients beware! I scheduled a preventative health physical but was told once in with the doctor that the physical would have to be rescheduled as the appointment was to be treated as a new patient consult. Advent billed $500 for the Q&A which easily could have been accomplished digitally. For many people, consultation will be billed in full until the deductible is met. Doctor taylor is the best and their customer service is very helpful in my referral process.
PATIENTS BE AWARE!!! I have been a patient for over a year and since February they have been biling my insurance as a specialist visit. It doesn't matter if I see a doctor or a nurse practitioner they are charging and coding my insurance company and probably other patients as it being a specialist. I have brought this to their attention in FEBRUARY and office manager Karen have been giving me the same answer saying they will look into it, say they will follow up with someone and nothing has been done.
