As a RN myself, I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in my lack of care from Taylor. Thank Gosh I keep record of everything. I’ve been a patient at this office for about a year or so. Within that year I’ve delt with them billing my insurance as appointments for just asking a question through mychart or calling them to ask a question, I’ll get a notification in my phone and the app. “Thank you for your visit” and insurance is then billed. Very frustrated with the receptionist. Was trying to schedule a appt today because their stupid online one wasn’t working last night and she wouldn’t schedule me because the appt would’ve been in a hour. I’m having bad dizzy spells and have to drive.
This office has gone above and beyond for me. They took me on as a patient with very short notice when it was vital for me due to needing surgery. I have stayed on as a patient of Gregory Holman. He has been an excellent provider. He listens well, explains things thoroughly, and is very compassionate. The office is always very clean. The people who handle phone calls are always very accommodating and extremely polite. I am so glad that I have left DH to be treated here!
please careful while visiting this location if you treat this one is urgent care. this location is not urgent care it will be treated as emergencies and ended paying high bills.
