0/5 stars. Dr. Amruta Pandit had zero bedside manor and treated me poorly until she found out I worked in medical care as well, then actually started treating me like a decent human. She proceeded to code for my care incorrectly and I am now being charged for treatments/ screenings that are routine provided my medical history. I have received no return calls back from their office for 1.5 weeks now as this is their issue to fix. I know what to look for in billing/ coding. I had a very pleasant experience establishing myself as a patient here. I highly recommend.
I was seeing a doctor here when all of the sudden I could not schedule on the portal. I called the office, which was impossible to reach and my calls were always rerouted to another office. It was like being sent to a call center every time you called. It was easier to drive there and see them because nobody ever answered a phone. Anyhow, after finding out she was fired I was told patients were being seen in Erie and it would be 3-6 moths before someone was hired.
