She was able to offer good onsite! She was kind and easy to talk to!
The providers are great but this clinic is horribly ran. Over the last few years I’ve been here I’ve followed their policy of showing up before my appointment, without fail, they consistently have me waiting 10-20 minutes past my appt. Today I was turned away because I was 5 minutes late. They confirmed that their policy ensures they can turn patients away if they’re late but allows them to make patients wait if the providers are running late. Great example of healthcare failing and this clinics lack of empathy.
Dr. Mahoney and his team at Common Spirit are outstanding! They took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel truly cared for. The visit was thorough, unhurried, and focused on preventive health. Highly recommend!
