Always friendly and professional, a good crew that is very helpful.
Dr Spencer seems to be very good, reads my chart brings up everything that I have going on and wants to do whatever he can do to make it better
Went in for my annual appointment and the doc found I had a sinus infection. The annual appointment was then billed as both annual and preventative so it wasn’t covered by insurance. Despite spending a total of 15 minutes in the office I somehow was billed for 2 appointments, and they reviewed my dispute and found it justified. Do not say anything during your annual appointments here or you will get billed for it.
So I waited five months to see Dr.lindsey which is crazy if you have the option do not schedule just go to another doctor office if you wait to see her u might not be in good condition after that wait
Berthoud shop is top notch. Fun, efficient people who like to provide care. East to use services and competent professionals. 10/10.
