I called to schedule appointment with Kristen Hughes. They called me back twice to confirm the spelling of my name. (I am an existing patient.) I show up to my appointment and I am not on the schedule. I took off work and drove to the further location. They would not work me in. They didn't handle situation well and didn't address any concerns. I will not be returning.
Dr. Dara Lowe is excellent! I sent a message explaining my problem and she responded that she needed to see me and had openings that day. I saw her with a minimal time wait. She explained the results of her exam thoroughly and took the time to answer our questions!
