This place is a complete joke. I did a blood test done here and I needed to talk to my doctor about my results (Dr Earl) who seems to be just too busy to call me back about my results. This place only cares about money and nothing else. I’ll be switching providers shortly. If your doctor doesn’t take the time out of their day to even call you back about your test results or your health then they obviously don’t care about you. Great experience at this office! Dr. Lowe was so attentive, kind, and compassionate. The office was able to accommodate an acute visit when I had sudden concerns, and I truly appreciated how quickly they were able to get me in. Dr. Lowe took the time to educate me, explain everything thoroughly, and address all of my concerns and needs. I felt heard and well cared for throughout my visit. Dr. Earl is fantastic. He spends as much time as needed to get to the cause of symptoms along with the correct referral needed for the process. I’ve been him for a year. I’m so much better than when I started.
