I have been a patient for for quite some time and it never ceases to amaze me how incredibly rude the front desk staff is. It's so frustrating, discouraging and feels so disingenuous. I'm tired of calling and feeling like an idiot every time I call. Please do better, especially for long time patients who drive long hours to see their preferred doctor.
Ria May was extremely attentive and suggested tests that no other doctor has. So appreciate it!
