I visited the CHP store in Wigan today and unfortunately had a bad experience. The staff member at the store was not friendly and even laughed at me, which I found very unprofessional and disrespectful. I expected better customer service and was quite disappointed with how I was treated.
Friday Afternoon 6th Sept 2024 Brilliant helpful friendly service from the 2 guys on the counter this afternoon. I explained (in a 'little woman', way, my quote, not theirs) a frustrating problem with soft close toilet hinges which I had logically worked out the problem but not absolutely defined how to solve it. Problem for months spending hours trying to fathom it. They listened patiently and came up with a solution. So grateful. Thank you guys M Kay
One of the best places for plumbing and heating supplies in the north west, our business is in Wallasey Wirral and they deliver to us no problem.
