Friday Afternoon 6th Sept 2024 Brilliant helpful friendly service from the 2 guys on the counter this afternoon. I explained (in a 'little woman', way, my quote, not theirs) a frustrating problem with soft close toilet hinges which I had logically worked out the problem but not absolutely defined how to solve it. Problem for months spending hours trying to fathom it. They listened patiently and came up with a solution. So grateful. Thank you guys M Kay

James from CHP was absolutely superb, fantastic knowledge and a great service, nothing was too much trouble for him. The only thing this place is missing is a website to purchase online..
