When I call it says to press 1 for whatever and 2 for whatever but no matter what you press it doesn't go through ,it keeps on like you did nothing!! I need to call in medicine and I cant!
These ppl like to hang up on customers .. tomorrow they hear about this . They also like to cancel appointments last min leaving ppl frustrated and loosing money from having to take time off from work plus a appointment fee plus other b.s. I made my appointment 6 mths ago ... they knew about this mths ago and call me last min to cancel.. well I'm out alot of money they should have to pay a cancelation fee.
They book months out only to cancel last minute (less than 15 minutes before the appointment) and reschedule for even further out, wildly unprofessional and poorly staffed
This place was a life saver for me amongst the over booked, over priced dentists in the area. Both of my appointments were easy, VERY sanitary, genial and impressive. At 78 and with a blood cancer I have to be careful, and I felt so safe here. I also enjoy the multi cultural dentists.
