Went in for tooth pain after my dentist office suddenly closed while he was on vacation. She put a filling in that immediately fell out she put another filling in that fell out the next day. They said they could not send her a note about it but I would have to come in. why would I come in to get a new filling when she couldn't even get two of them to stay in in the first place? I found a great place at Bay State dental in northampton. Don't go to chp. Barrington for dental care. Absolute worst.
Scheduled my appointment last year for tomorrow, they cancelled last minute without notifying me (I had to figure it out through their malfunctioning text-based confirmation system). Then, they rescheduled me for next year. So essentially I'm having to wait two years just for one dental cleaning. Incredible. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
My entire family has been going to CHP since 2022 and we've been very happy with our care there, from the doctors to the admin support. Would highly recommend.
I was reading thru the reviews for MY Dr office.. this one.. hahahahahahahahaha! I can't believe you got one star let alone 2.
