am done with chp in pittsfield, first, i was asked by my doctor to go for blood test, i said ill do it on saturday, so she said she will call me on monday to talk about the results, never did, left me hanging. sent a message in portal, which is worthless cause they dont look at it unless you let them know, anyway, ran out of Jardiance, and as of now, i been a week without it, got really sick this weekend, try calling, no answer, so left message in portal, and of course never heard nothing back, and i refuse to go seat at ER ... read more
The worst, went in with a dental emergency, The doctor didn't even look in my mouth, stood 6ft away and said I had an infection. I didn't have an infection. Prescribed an anti biotic, for something I didn't have. Then told me they would fit me into the schedule for an extraction in two to three weeks. I don't think they know what a emergency is. Went to another dentist the next day and had the tooth removed, no infection.
Stress, errors, incompetence, rudeness. I terminated care there today after 6 months. I expressed valid complaints to CHP and was gaslighted and retaliated against. AVOID!
