My experience with Community Health Programs (CHP Berkshires) OB/GYN was extremely disappointing. The messaging system prevents direct communication with physicians, and nursing staff act as gatekeepers — often dismissing serious symptoms instead of escalating them. Would give negative stars, incredibly rude and non compassionate to expectant mothers and the office smells like someone microwaved poorly made beef stroganoff every time I’m in there
