I was nominated for a property by Chelmsford Council on 31st July. CHP have only just contacted me regarding this. Meanwhile, I'm in completely inappropriate accommodation, totally incompatible with an Occupational Therapist's report. Apparently, delaying the process further, I have to have background checks, fill application forms, etc. CHP have already failed their credibility test with me.
Bullies , harrasing and threatening after a death and all terms within a form that will not open and is THERE Liability to work not mine. Threatening the executor of a will which is now 5k in debt with legal action if said form is not signed. The executor of the will has NO Liability any agreement is between them and the person that has passed.
