When this company was nomorerack,it had great quality products and I received items fast.The prices were great as was customer service, .Once they became Choxi for whatever reasons, they were crap. I hope that now that they have returned to nomorerack ratings will be better the BBB will be able to accredit, and I as well as others can once again enjoy shopping with the company.nomorerack, I would have previously given nomorerack a 5 star rating.

I use to order from nomorerack.com and choxi.com, I always received my orders and usually within a week from ordering. I order 100's of dollars from them ranging from electronic's , clothes, sheets, jewelry, ect.. I miss them, wish they would have treated everyone as good as they treated me.

I have been dealing with this company in trying to get my refund back, for over a year, only to discover that I was told that I can only get half of it back because they were restructuring the company. Now I cant even get THAT back!! I am out over 100 dollars.

Purchased over $300 worth of merchandise before Christmas 2016 and never received it and my kids and family were here. ordered in September because I knew it would take a while if I order too late in the year. Very upset when December came and I did not receive my order in then went online and found out that they went out of business without giving me my refund. I ordered items in July 2016. Never heard from them until I sent then an email in September asking why I haven't received my things. They responded telling me they were making some changes and backed up at the moment. They were trying to resolve everything as soon as possible. I received 3 of my items but never received the rest. I emailed again and no response. I then tried to go to the website and soon saw that they were out of business. Really?!!. I would like to receive the rest of what I paid for it at least a refund.

I bought a Tourmaline Cermic Hair straitened frim Choxi and never received it nor was i credited for the purchase. I have emailed them several times and still noting . Now I see that the websight is down and the number is no longer in Service, not sure what to do to get my money back but will be weary of sight such as they were.

I ordered lots of things never received not one of them. I still don't know I have recouped all of my money. They know they have not sent the item via the vendors yet don't refund the money voluntarily. It has been a nightmare since they changed to choxi... nomorerack was very good.

I shopped with Choxi.com quite often, but the last time I never got my order so I was had a large credit on my account and now Choxi.com no longer exists?? I am really mad about this because I had over $80.00 in credit.

I have had a return since 10/** /16and I can not get in touch with this company to return. There is just no response. I am stuck with a non-functioning "Smart watch".
