My visit to see Dr. Chowdhury is always pleasant. He explains and allows me and my husband to asked questions. However, his office staff need more training. The lady at the front desk doing check in, I have shared with her many times that I have met my insurance deductible, displaying attitude she insists on charging me $40 a visit. I called my insurance company just to make sure, they shared with me that I should not be paying a $40 co-pay because I have met my deductible. I’ve been going to him for over 12 years. I love him he’s very caring professional. His staff are excellent Amean his assistant is awesome. I see him at the Plano ofc he does have one in Mesquite and McKinney. You may have to wait some….but he takes his time with you. If you need extra time he never rushes you.
If you have half a day to spend waiting to be seen this is the office for you. This doctor wants to run unnecessary tests and tries to instill fear by saying you probably have cancer in another body part yet all of your results are clear. The staff is lazy, the office is cluttered and unsanitary. Does he not understand we have cancer
Dr. Chowdhary was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to me that I didn't understand. I was very pleased with him. You may have to wait sometimes, but it's just because he's giving everyone good service. It's ok to wait. 🤷🏻♀️ I'd recommend him to my family and friends.
Dr. Chowdhary is an excellent MD who takes the time to look past the obvious and explore all possible medical issues pertaining to one's diagnosis. He takes his time, gives full and complete explanations and is a pleasant fellow. His staff are upbeat which is probably a reflection of his personality. I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to be his patient!
