So I used to go to the chowder bowl when I was a teen and it was always awesome and great service. This last time I went in the food was barely warm when it hit the table, my husband asked for his burger to be plain and it came out with everything on it because the server "didnt write down plain", I asked for ranch 4 times to two different wait staff and was never brought ranch, and we had to ask for refills multiple times before we got them.
