got fish and chips, not a vegetable in sight. garlic bread was really good and quick service for takeout. 11/10
I really wanted to love this place. Cute place. GREAT service. But the food wasn't great. Small THIN pieces of fish. So thin they curled up, almost like calamari. Like almost 3 bites of fish but a mound of fries. The clam chowder was sooooo bland. Like no flavor. Needs some kind of spices. I feel bad because I LOVE trying small places like this and usually am the most understanding but it was way to hard to ignore this...
Tried to eat here and sample the clam chowder 4 times and they were never open when their sign and Google Maps say they are open. I think they just work when they want to.
Chowder bowl? more like chowder hole I will never be in this place again. For a coastal restaurant with what I'd assume are frozen clams and oysters.... Come on now.....
