I also speak as a client myself, when Farm Bureau went above and beyond to replace my own hail damaged roof. Highly recommend!
Great insurance company if you have an emergency Monday through Friday 9to5. If you happen to have an emergency on weekends or evenings you are screwed. They do not even have voice mail set up. It is the craziest thing I have ever seen.
