Stay away ... This shop is very small and take on more than it can handle. Because you will be quoted a cheeper price than the other tranmission shops trust me cheeper is NOT better or as good as professionalism. The owner is very skilled in talking very nice but will screw you in the end. YOU will need to take vehicle back more than once to have problems fixed, your automobile will be in the that shop for more than 2 weeks. Think of it you have paid him so he will not be in a hurry to fix a do over.

This is in regards to Dr. Trevor Bechtel, whose negligence has caused issues for me. I had a broken tooth that needed to be filled. I got sick during Covid times and had to wait two weeks, life happened and didn’t get in for 5 months. This dentist did not take another x ray to check further decay, just drilled and filled. I have been working on my VA disability claim for 3 years. I was ready to throw in the towel. My claim had been denied. A VA Dr. told me to contact Berry Law. I reluctantly did as I had not dealt with an attorney on my VA stuff. I was assigned to Stephanie Costello. What a very nice lady... and a bulldog in working on my behalf. She was always available by phone or e-mail. She filed an appeal, and it was rejected. She then filed a Supplemental Claim, and it too was rejected. Ryan has repaired an aluminum bass boat, Jon boat and a pontoon as well as made custom modifications to a utility trailer. None of it big bucks but it was always big buck quality and courtesy. Highly recommended.

Excellent doctors, dentist the hygienist are excellent very very professional, love going here for the care, however the blonde lady in the office that checks you in is very very rude and arrogant! Might consider changing dentist,just for her actions towards me on several occasions!

It's a shame that I have to move and not have the doctor's or the office in michigan very compassionate caring and listen to your needs recently I lost my wife of 32 years tammy even had tears in her eyes. And had helped me get through this. And too Jessica every time I call she new who I was vary friendly and had grown working there nice job kids. And thank you

Found her staff to be lacking and Dr Illescas to be defensive On a number of occasions I needed referrals for prolia injections I had to call numerous times to get the appointmens set up If you are not your own advocate at that practice , it doesn't get done

Let me begin by saying, OUTSTANDING! Imagine having the phone answered by a live, professional, customer-focused person. We were in desperate need of having a clogged septic tank pumped out, risers installed, and an educational lesson on septic systems. He was able to come out the same day we called and was even ahead of schedule. Bill took care of our needs and has certainly gained our business for future needs. Recommend highly and without reservation. Let me end by saying, OUTSTANDING!
