My experience on-site was fine. Didn’t wait long to get in a room, didn’t wait long for someone to see me in the room. Had some moles removed for biopsy. Everything went smoothly. Unfortunately once you leave, all the annoying stuff starts. I waited a full month for my biopsy results when I decided to call. They’d received my results weeks prior. The receptionist was so rude. How can you have someone working with patients and let her treat them like that. When I checked in, the one African American woman refused to help me, and that was my very first visit! I had to wait for another lady. The nurse looked and acted like she was mad at the world. She did a good job numbing me tho. Dr. Choucair was very nice to me. Yes furniture was dirty, and waiting room smelled.
Been there 2x. Both times they did a biopsy and slapped a bandaid on it. So by the time I get home, there's a mess bleeding into my shoe. Today, I noticed red splatters on the wall and was told it was "iodine." Make of that what you will. The nurse giving me the lidocaine injection dropped a piece of trash and picked it up with her exam gloves on before the administration of the injection, and made no move to change her gloves. When the dr did the biopsy today, didn't say anything about a follow up, just "OK, goodbye."
Unprofessional staff and a disappointing experience. Would not recommend.
