The front office staff is so unprofessional and unwelcoming. I stood at the front desk and 3 office staff looked at me but did not acknowledge me. After 3-5 min I asked if I should sign in. The one receptionist said I’m finishing something and a few minutes later states “name?”. Final edit. They need to set up a way to pay online or something. It’s 2025, I can pay a food truck completely online. You are a medical practice, figure it out. I have attempted to call them to pay my bill. They have yet to answer. When they return my call, I’m working and can’t answer. I go to call back, no answer. My experience on-site was fine. Didn’t wait long to get in a room, didn’t wait long for someone to see me in the room. Had some moles removed for biopsy. Everything went smoothly. Unfortunately once you leave, all the annoying stuff starts. I waited a full month for my biopsy results when I decided to call. They’d received my results weeks prior.
