Office visit 12-8-25. Doctor Choucair walked into the exam room, said “I’m not touching that” and sent me away. Didn’t touch or swab anything. I was out in and out in less than ten minutes. Absolutely a total waste of time, for which my insurance was billed over $200. I haven’t been to a less caring and more standoffish doctor.
I’ve never seen the Dr so I can’t review her, but I have mixed reviews on the staff and processes. Every year I go for a well visit (full skin check) and every year the assistant that does it is very nice. However, if they do one thing and I mean anything beyond checking your skin, like do a prescription refill, ANYTHING besides the skin check, they WILL CHARGE YOU FOR A REGULAR VISIT! The front office staff is so unprofessional and unwelcoming. I stood at the front desk and 3 office staff looked at me but did not acknowledge me. After 3-5 min I asked if I should sign in. The one receptionist said I’m finishing something and a few minutes later states “name?”. Final edit. They need to set up a way to pay online or something. It’s 2025, I can pay a food truck completely online. You are a medical practice, figure it out. I have attempted to call them to pay my bill. They have yet to answer. When they return my call, I’m working and can’t answer. I go to call back, no answer. I just received a letter that they’ve made have “made a good faith effort” to collect and I haven’t paid. Well I’ve made a good faith effort to pay and haven’t been able to.
