"Initial impressions were good and he prescribed an inhaler to help my breathing. The bad started when I tried to refill the prescription. His medical support staff is horrible, ignoring messages and never returning calls or approving the refill request. It has now been nine days and no approval. I even went down to Renown yesterday and spoke with the Pulmonary front desk staff and they sent a priority message to the nurse assistant and still no response. Today on day nine of trying.
