Went for an appointment about neck spasms and dizziness. I suspected I had strained my neck but wasn't sure. The doctor seemed very confused, the nurse told me "he'll just give you a shot" when I hadn't even been examined yet and he seemed to just guess that I could use a muscle relaxer, so he gave me scrip for one... but then no one would not answer the phone when our pharmacist called to confirm a substitution.
