July 2024 Chosen Wood Windows inspected our windows and submitted a bid to repair some. We accepted their bid and the work was set for 10/24. in October they reset the work for 1/25. We contacted them that this was not acceptable and asked for our deposit back. They had already ordered materials so were unwilling to return our money. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS COMPANY !!!After 7 attempts by Chosen Windows to replace our picture windows because of lines easily seen in the windows due to the poor manufacturing process, Chosen Windows believe we are to just accept the LOW E lines in them, this is not just a haze layer there are LINES in all 3 windows in the exact same spot in the windows.
