They have wonderful customer service and are quick to resolve any issues that I have, pleasant on the phone and very understanding. We are happy to have them as a provider.
DO NOT RECOMMEND. This is the worst merchant company in the world. I cancelled my subscription in October 2024, and to this day they still charge me for gateway fees and when I cancelled the representative told me not to worry about charges. They also refused to give me a refund.
We used this company for years to run our credit card processing. We always struggled with refunding guests their security deposits as there were constant errors. When we spoke with them they were always quick to brush us off and never offer any solutions, creating an absolute nightmare for our customers. When we finally decided to switch companies they hammered us with a $500 fee.
