I have a Choice Home Warranty. I filed a claim due to 2 sinks ( back to back) with poor waterflow and not draining (a stoppage)as well as a shower that dripped. Choice sent out Chosen Construction. The drip was fixed and the faucets replaced. But the sinks still would not drain. The diagnosis from Chosen for the stoppage was a plugged vent that needed snaked from the roof.
