The folks at Chosen Comfort responded quickly, and sent a technician out on the same day. They solved the problem, and provided their services at a very reasonable rate. I don't think that you'll be able to find a better HVAC system repair company anywhere in the area.
We have been a customer of Chosen Comfort for at least a couple of years on the maintenance plan, and have never had any problems with our systems. We were having problems with our upstairs thermostat right before the 100+ heatwave was about to start, and were able to call and schedule an appointment surprisngly for the next day. Even more surprising was a call back less than 2 hrs later that they could have someone here in an hour, the same day.
