Chosen Comfort and their technician, James, provide excellent service and are extremely friendly. Would strongly recommend them to anyone requiring HVAC maintenance.
I called for AC maintenance because the temperature upstairs was uneven, with as much as an 8-degree difference in the master bedroom. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He carefully checked each room, made the necessary airflow adjustments, and even recommended using temperature sensors in the bedrooms for better balance. I’m completely satisfied with the service — and to my surprise, there was no charge. I highly recommend them to anyone needing AC repair or maintenance.
