Very clean building
Great practice but the staff could be nicer on the phone.
Dr. Chosak is by far, the best doctor, and all around amazing woman! I can’t say enough great things about her. I’ve been her patient for just about 20 years now. She has always gone above and beyond. I absolutely adore her. Any time I have to have a procedure, I know I’m in the best possible hands.
