Chorus needs to show a duty of care. They don't and I cancelled a service I hardly ever received . These people do not care about the elderly. My Aged care should look into Chorus I believe.
Used to be a great service but has drastically declined over the past months. Absolutely terrible communication leaving vulnerable customers without transport options when needed.Such a pity!
