From my personal experience dealing with this company, they are unprofessional. I have lost confidence in their ability to provide quality items at fair prices. Despite being treated poorly at PMR (same owner), and the poor business reputation I’ve heard from others, I decided to give this business format a second chance. He and his company have not changed and continue to substantiate the poor reputation.

Such a wonderful experience! The staff was warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They had so many great suggestions and really took the time to listen to what I was looking for. I was so impressed that I’ll be going back to have a ring custom designed with them. So happy to have this beautiful new jewelry store in the neighborhood!
