I was charged for services that I don’t believe I was to be charged for. Their staff was to come bi-weekly but came weekly. Due to port communication there may have been a misunderstanding but the reason I don’t think it is a misunderstanding is because for months they avoided phone calls and never returned any emails to resolve the issue. I believe they simply want to keep my money without having attended the service. I would have appropriated it if they would have at least responded. Brilliant! I was worried it was going to be pointless, but the staff were kind, courteous, and very quick! Place looks spotless! (3 years no cleaning)
