I'd give you no stars if that was an option. I do not know where the manager was today but I walked out of your store after waiting 10 minutes and the line to order barely moved. This wait was to your disadvantage because during that time I was able to observe the condition of the restaurant which was dirty. It is wonderful you hire the high school kids but they really shouldn't be left alone to run the restaurant. i don't know what is wrong with EH, their bagels are better than my hometown of NY, yes i lived in Manhatten. far and away the best food and bagels on the east coast. i'd recommend EH to keep buying their bagels from generic places like Einsteins. Love you Bagel Boyz
Purchased two raisin cinamon bagels this morning. The bagels were ash in color and totally tasteless! This is the second time that we have purchased bagesl from this establishment and totally disappointed in their products. Never again.
I absolutley love this place. Always a line if that is an indication of the great food, reasonalble price, and quick service. All summer they are having $5 sandwiches. What a deal!!!!

In our office, less than 1/4 mi from this BB location, we have 50 people who love to eat! We also have plenty of guests from our other locations across the country and would love to have a reliable bagel/breakfast restaurant to order from. When they have delivered to us, the food is great! But for the last 2 1/2 weeks they tell us that there is no one to deliver yet this morning - that is, if they even answer the phone. The food is amazing. By far the best breakfast bagel in Palm Beach. A friend recommended the place and now I go at least 4 times a week. You have to try their cheese steak for lunch. The best cheese steak outside of Philly. Also, the owner makes you feel like you are part of the family. It's a family with 6 boys.
