Literally the most disgusting group of people with no sympathy for people in any way whatsoever. I have a disabled member of my home and 5 children and they are cut me off today over 270 dollars. It’s the month of December and freezing. Beware of this place. Trash.
Lack of communication with scheduled maintenance with their members. They don’t break down your bill of spending like Delmarva Power.
