Can y'all answer the phone please So i can schedule a dang appointment. I have waited hours called over and over no answer at all and I have tried every single option to speak to someone it's the same "Hold" music that plays endlessly for an hour. What is wrong with your telephones ? I live to far away to drive here to schedule something or reach the office.

I've called over and over and get no answer! The hospital has not helped me with my issue and I am in constant pain and can't even get someone to answer to schedule a Dr appointment. To add to the no answer problem. The Drs that work here always seem to up and leave then your scheduled with a new one and have to wait longer yet again! Worst Dr office ever.

This place redefines incompetency on an annual basis. Every year I go there with an insurance form to fill out (I only go there once a year). And every year they either lose it, or have some excuse why it never got filled out. This year I went 2 months ahead of time and gave them THREE identical forms already filled out so they had no excuse to lose it. I spent 2 hours in a room waiting to see Dr. Consenstein.. When I asked the nurse about the excessive waiting, she informed me he had just went in to a room to see another patient. At this point, I was done. I left without being seen. I must point out that this appointment was for follow up as I had just been released from the hospital about 3 weeks ago.
