I spent 2 hours in a room waiting to see Dr. Consenstein.. When I asked the nurse about the excessive waiting, she informed me he had just went in to a room to see another patient. At this point, I was done. I left without being seen. I must point out that this appointment was for follow up as I had just been released from the hospital about 3 weeks ago.
My personal doctor Ebony is great, staff is kind and the process is always fast, however the lab makes countless mistakes. Remember they once sent me to the hospital with an xray On the wrong hand and gave me false labs twice in one week. Same thing with others I know who go here. Go else where for labs.
Very long waits. Never less than an hour from assigned appointment! ! They simply have too many patients!
