This location has terrible customer service. I ordered a grain bowl using my classpass credits yesterday and mistakenly clicked on pickup at 7:30pm instead of 7pm. When I showed up at the store at 7pm to get my bowl I realized my mistake and showed the staff my order on the app. I was going to the movies asked them nicely if they can just make my order since I would be late for the movie if I waited until 7:30pm.
