The whole point with ordering ahead online is so you dont have to wait when you get there. Order said it would be ready at 5:31. I get there at 5:40, maybe they are busy. I arrive. Order is not ready. They tell me "it will be right out". After that 6 people walk in, Order and walk out with their food. It takes another 20 minutes before my food is ready. It would have saved me 30 minutes if I had just walked in and ordered in line. How does that make sense?
I came into Chopt not knowing what I wanted to get but Jayden made it easy for me to order! We worked together to make my wrap, he gave me suggestions but I was still able to throw in what I was craving! Overall great experience and will be coming back, thank you Jayden!
Staff is always friendly. Food is always good and fresh. Love the sourdough bread. Bathrooms are clean. Nice bonus is their rewards program…free cookie. Yeah!
I've been a regular at Chopt for years and have NEVER had a complaint until now. The North Ridge location was disappointing. I get the Kale Caesar Salad with grilled chicken almost once a week, whenever I'm in Raleigh. This location fell short of my expectations.I ordered the same salad, but received all kale instead of the usual mix with romaine, and it honestly felt like way too much kale.
