I went in last night for a salad and the service was slower than I have ever seen it before. With 2 workers ( one manager + one employee) I was really shocked and it upset me that manager visibly watched the new girl struggle and kept telling me she will help you. There was myself and a guy in the store. After I complained to the manager, she said her priority was getting online orders so she could not help me. I came in on monday. I ordered a Southwest Steak salad and the steak wasn’t good. It smelled bad & the lettuce was brown for the most part, but i don’t want to put too much blame on the staff. They were nice and i appreciate the way they took my order. I did get sick due to this steak and i probably will not be coming back to this specific store anymore. Considering the price of this salad i feel like there should be more urgency in making sure that certain high priced proteins or products in general are up to standard

UPDATE: I contacted Chopt customer service afterward because I wanted to give them a chance to address what happened. I clearly explained that I did try to apply the free drink reward while placing my order, but their app would not apply it. Despite that, their response still made it sound as though I simply failed to add the reward correctly. Their solution was to issue me another free drink reward that requires me to return and make another qualifying purchase. So after their app failed, a manager refused to help in person... read more
