Britney was very attentive and supportive when I raised an issue with my order. She went above and beyond to resolve my issue and her customer service is top notch.
The absolute best chopt. Cashier Brittany is absolutely amazing. So nice and professional. She deserves a raise and so much out of your company and life.
Missed 3 items (additional on top of base order) on the order. Barely any salad dressing. Clear instructions to chop, but received a whole bowl unchopped. Ordered online, received text to pick up. Went to pick up, no order. Had to wait in line to receive order. And the older received was wrong per above.
Great experience at this Chopt with Ana Liliana and the rest of the staff.
